  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to Unit 1, New Hythe Lane, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 7FE within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Include the RMA number in the package.

  4. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund or exchange status.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and approving the return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
